CORTENDelete in the app
In the mobile app, go to Menu → Account → Delete account. Read the explanation, enter your password and confirm. Deletion is immediate and signs you out of all phone and browser sessions.
Delete on the web
Sign in at app.cortenscore.com, open Profile and confirm Delete account with your password.
If you cannot sign in
From your registered email address, send a message with the subject “Account deletion request” to info@cortenscore.com. After verifying your identity, we will delete your account within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, password, two-factor authentication details, support requests and attachments, saved filters, formulas, invitation code and usage statistics are permanently deleted. The action cannot be reversed.
What is retained
Credit, membership/access and transaction records, together with security audit records, are retained for legal and financial obligations. These records no longer contain a name or email that can identify you; they are linked only to a random account number. Question and answer records from AI chats are retained without identity information in the same way.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it separately in your store account's subscription settings; otherwise, the store may continue charging you.
